  Abstract

International conventions related to environmental regulations have been appeared as a barrier for the international trade. One of the solutions is to develop a clean technology including systematic elimination and source reduction of gazardous wastes. Environmental management system (EMS) with a sustainable development should be established in industries in order to achieve the goals. In this article, the efficiency and problems of environmental management system are discussed for the introduction of clean technology.
